We found more and more customers requesting a half-caff coffee so here’s what we came up with: A blend of medium roasted Black Canyon & a Decaf Swiss Water Process, dark roasted Central American.
- Full bodied and flavorful – with half the caffeine.
- Great for drip, French Press, pour over or for filling your own re-usable “K-cup” receptacle.

I love this coffee. You could never tell it was half caffeine. It has a very smooth flavor that is robust enough to make it feel full strength. It’s great to have such a good half caf available!

This coffee is my all-time favorite1 It’s by far the best half-caff and I buy it from The Steaming Bean because they’re consistent with the quality of their beans. They personalize the process by writing a special note addressed to me as if I was their only customer. All this adds up to a great cup of coffee!!

Hi Peter – we can do you a full decaf version…we have deacf Mesa Verde coming (half French half med roast Guat) and a Deacf Avalanche too (half Deacf Dark Sumatra (Black Magic roast) and half Guat medium roast) should be up on site in a couple days!

An excellent blend that balances taste and enough caffeine to create a coffee that surpasses the the large chain brands. At $20 per lb it is a bit pricey but worth it.
