This washed coffee from Papua New Guinea is sure to please fans of Sumatran and South Asian coffees; it has a hefty body and flavors tending to the earthier and nutty/woody side of things due to it’s low acidity. We roast this coffee to a medium+ level where it showcases the weight of the mouthfeel and plays into the flavors expected from coffees from this part of the world.

Altitude: 1,525 – 2,125 masl

Harvest: April – September

Varietals: Typica, Bourbon

Process: Washed

This coffee is primed for all brew methods, but really shines in a french press or as a traditional espresso, where it’s robust nature takes center stage.
