Bumi means ‘earth’ in Indonesian. It’s our take on the classic Indonesian profile.
Our partners in Indonesia have prepared this coffee under a “Bumi” taste profile which imparts the same chocolatey, nice brown spices and sweetness for which Indonesian coffees are noted, but with an extra vibrancy and a clean finish.
Surprisingly sweet.
Brewing recommendations: French Press or pourover…may result in a slightly astringent cup to some palates when prepared as espresso.
