An exciting new varietal named for its pink-hued cherries, Pink Bourbon, is gaining popularity with its impressive and unique flavors reminiscent of Ethiopian heirlooms and Panama Geishas. Not much is known about this variety yet, but it has been exciting people throughout the coffee world with its bright acidity, fruit forward flavors and lovely sweetness.
We’re proud to share this coffee from producer Froilan Muñoz and his farm “Brisas del Mayo” (May Breezes) in the Nariño region of Colombia, which we procured from our friend Juan Carlos at Arango Specialty Coffee importing. We’ve roasted this coffee lightly so as to let all of the vibrant nuances shine; we hope you enjoy it!
