Hi Barbara, thanks for the kind words..I did want to let you know though that you have ordered Mtn Harvest and Avalanche in the past which both have some dark roast beans in them but the Black Canyon does NOT..it’s medium roast Colombia, Brazil and Kenya – great blend and very popular but it doesn’t have any dark roast in it! It just tastes rich!!!

We always love Black Magic but decided we would try a couple of others. We love Black Canyon. We make lattes every day so this is a little lighter then Black Magic but is so mellow with a caramel flavor. Absolutely love all your coffees. Espresso is all crema which is so so good. Thanks

Hi Diane, thanks for the thumbs up! You must have bought the coffee at City Market as that’s where we sell the Dark Black Canyon. Our regular Black Canyon is a medium roast blend of Guatemala, Brazil and Kenya that’s very fruity…just so you know!
