This coffee is grown at an altitude of between 1800and 1950 masl in the community of San Pedro Yosotatu. It comprises both Bourbon and Typica varietals and is fully washed then dried on covered raised beds.

We brought in 3 different coffees from this region and we’re so pleased by the outturn of this first one. Next one up is the famous Pluma Hidalgo! We’ll notify you when it’s available.

We recommend a French Press or Moka Pot preparation but it’s great as espresso too!
